Toroo Epoxy Coatings specializes in epoxy flooring for residential, commercial, industrial, and sports flooring in Ontario, Canada. Service availability and pricing are subject to change.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
You must not misuse our website, services, or violate applicable laws.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property (logos, content, images) is prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that our flooring services comply with any specific local regulations or building codes applicable to your property.

4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments for services must be made as agreed upon in the contract.
Deposits may be required for certain projects.
Refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined in our service agreement.
Any outstanding balances must be cleared before the completion of the service.

5. Warranty & Liability
Our epoxy flooring services come with a limited warranty, which will be detailed in the service agreement.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by Toroo Epoxy Coatings.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper maintenance, accidents, or external factors beyond our control.
Customers must follow the provided maintenance guidelines to ensure the longevity of the epoxy flooring.

6. Limitation of Liability
Toroo Epoxy Coatings is not responsible for:
Delays or interruptions in service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, supply chain disruptions).
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of epoxy flooring.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the service rendered.

7. Cancellation Policy
Customers must provide a written notice for service cancellations at least 15 days before the scheduled service date.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms agreed upon.
If cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased or work has started, additional charges may apply.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ontario’s legal framework.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
